May and June have been busy. Here are some of our recent updates. The colorful carport wall is our favorite!

We love trees but had to take down some to get ready for a parking lot. And we're thrilled to have the old fenced garden area cleaned out. Thanks, Mom, for helping us!

Our kids love the tree swing that was put there years ago by the seller's son. I've taken a ride on it, too! So fun.
This sweet home was owned by a Mint Hill family for generations before we bought it. While we are making many changes, we will keep its original 1945 charm. The house is on 1.5 acres of land that extends all the way to the Brighton Park townhouses.
